For TechAdvantage, I strategically adapted and scaled the booth down to a 20x20 footprint while maintaining visual and brand continuity. Attendees toured the facility to see how the signage was made, then gathered under the event tent for donated beers from local craft breweries, BBQ, live acoustic music, and a keynote from Rahr & Sons on their growth. I managed all aspects of the event—from branding and promotion to vendor coordination and setup. The Residences at The Ritz-Carlton Events | 2010 | Dallas, TX

Role: Sales & Marketing Coordinator | Company: Allie Beth Allman

  • In my role as Sales and Marketing Project Coordinator, I planned and executed a series of high-end events for the launch of three designer showcase homes, each designed by Jan Showers, Carleton Varney, or Laura Hunt. These events benefited each designer’s charity of choice and provided clients and realtors with the opportunity to tour the homes and meet the designers. Invitations were sent via Constant Contact and valet services placed surprise gift bags in guests' cars. I also coordinated catering with The Ritz-Carlton Hotel, arranged music in each show home, and hired security to manage access and maintain exclusivity.
  • The Ritz-Carlton Pool Party was a standout collaboration with Stanley Korshak, who provided swimsuit models to showcase fashion throughout the pool area. The event featured a live DJ, custom cocktails, and hors d'oeuvres both poolside and in the showcase homes. Roni Proter from WB33 covered the event for the evening news. I managed valet coordination, arranged guest gift bags, oversaw music in the model homes, and ensured all event logistics ran smoothly, including hiring security for access control.

Chelsea Park Townhomes | 2008 | Arlington, TX

Role: Realtor & Lead Sales | Company: Al Coker & Associates

  • As the Realtor and Lead Salesperson for this condominium project, I was responsible for planning and executing several open house weekends, where the sales center was staged and opened to the public. Visitors received a tour of the sales center, where they viewed maps and development plans detailing floorplans, pricing, and unit locations. The tour ended with a light breakfast of pastries, coffee, and juice in a relaxed setting designed to foster conversation and connection.
  • I also hosted a series of Champagne Brunch events on Sundays when the office was usually closed. These casual, come-and-go styled gatherings invited new traffic into the sales center with a welcoming atmosphere and thoughtful touches like mimosas, coffee, and a curated brunch spread. The goal was to create a sense of community while building momentum in sales and referrals.
    • The project’s groundbreaking celebration was another standout event, held outdoors under a cooled tent set up in the sales center parking lot. I coordinated all the details, including catering from the popular Captain Billy’s Whiz Bang Burgers, margarita machines, beer service, and music from a live DJ. Floral arrangements in hard hats added a playful construction-themed touch, while large tractors parked around the property created a striking visual display. Guests who RSVP’d in advance received suite tickets to an upcoming Texas Rangers game as an added incentive.
    • For the grand opening, I worked closely with the Texas Rangers to promote the project on the stadium’s big screen and launched a “condo giveaway” promotion during several home games. In return, we were given 2,000 ticket vouchers for prospects and exclusive use of a 100-person suite to host our grand opening party. The event began at the newly completed sales center inside an actual townhome, where guests enjoyed hors d’oeuvres, beer, and wine while exploring the new facility. Reserved guests received tickets and were transported via private tour buses to the ballpark, where they enjoyed a fully catered suite experience before being shuttled back afterward.

Movies in the Park | 2006 | Austin, TX

These events successfully brought the community together and generated brand awareness for the new development.

Various Weddings, Receptions, Charity Balls | 1998–2015 | Dallas-Fort Worth, TX

Role: Assistant Event Designer | Company: Pam’s Ribbons & Roses

      • As Assistant Event Designer, I worked on a wide range of upscale weddings, charity balls, and special events. I assisted in everything from the initial design concept through final setup and teardown. My role also included overseeing vendor deliveries, floral design installation, and ensuring the smooth setup of large venues for seamless event execution.
